In general
We ship all items as package by GLS, which allows tracking of the package if problems arise. The goods are insured during the shipment – please check the contents of the package at arrival. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please contact us within 2 days. MO-denmark is not responsible for goods damaged during transport. We always pack the goods with great care, so that the risk of shipping damage is minimized. We are subject to typing errors and sold out items.

Delivery time
At MO-denmark, we strive for a fast delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Should there be any delays with GLS, MO-denmark can not be held responsible.

Shipment in Denmark
Your purchase will be subject to a fee of 50 DKK regardless of the amount to cover shipping costs with GLS. When choosing GLS package shop or GLS profession, a fee of 50 DKK will be charged. If you spend more than 1,000 DKK on the website, we will provide all shipping costs. All packages are shipped as insured business packages.

Shipment to overseas
All shipments abroad are delivered by GLS or FedEx and sent as an insured package, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. Ordinary Service in Europe takes approx. 4-5 weekdays. Ordinary Service outside Europe takes approx. 5-7 working days.
Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, UK, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Austria 150 DKK / 20 €.
Other Europe incl. Greenland, Faroe Islands and Iceland 200 DKK / 27 €.
North America and Australia 245 DKK / 33 €.
South America, Africa, Asia, Middle East and the rest of the world 355 DKK / 48 €.

Refunds

From the day you receive your items, you have 14 days to send them back. Simply fill in the return slip (please mail us at contact@mo-denmark.com) and attach it to the shipping package together with the goods. You are allowed to test the items. If you want to make a return the item can be returned as long as it can be sold to another buyer as new. Returns must be made with the return label on. Items without return label are not returned. The package must be shipped directly to our address. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account. We will only refund to the credit card with which the goods have been purchased. This is to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to save your mail receipt as documentation for the item has been shipped. Return of goods is at your own expense.

Complaints
All goods are subject to the purchase law rules for 24 months’ right of complaint. The right of claim means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the item that has occurred within 24 months of the purchase.
The warranty does not cover when faults, damage or wear occurs due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear. In case of a complaint or defects, please contact Customer Service on +45 22643803 or mail: contact@mo-denmark.com
MO-denmark does not cover the shipping costs that may be incurred in connection with a complaint.

Payment

At MO-denmark.com you can pay by creditcard – Dankort, VISA Dankort, MasterCard, American Express. The amount is initially deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices at MO-denmark are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.

Security
All communication between our payment system and card holder takes place via an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. In other words, only PBS has access to your data. Neither MO-denmark nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged for purchase. At MO-denmark, your personal contact information is 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one can access them.

Customs and VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no duty is subject to the rules on the free movement of goods. Items sent from MO-denmark.com can not be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to avoid local taxes and charges. If you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may not be charged, but in return, Danish VAT will be deducted. If so, you will be contacted by the freight company. Please note that this may delay shipping, as the goods will be retained in the customs. It is your responsibility to contact the freight company and pay the additional costs incurred.

Consumer protection
MO-denmark follows the instructions available from the E-mark. We work and act under the guidelines and laws made by the Danish Consumer Agency.

FAQ – Questions & Answers

How do I return an item?
MO-denmark offers 14 days full return from the day you receive your goods. Simply fill in the return slip (please use contact@mo-denmark.com) and attach it to the shipping package together with the goods. The goods must be returned with the return label seated on. Items without return label are not returned. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We will only refund for the credit card with which the goods have been purchased. This is to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to enclose your registration and account number. We will use bank transfer. Remember to save your mail receipt as documentation for the item has been shipped. Return of goods is at your own expense.

How do I fill out a return slip?
Please complete the returned return slip by ticking the goods / goods that you wish to return and the reason for the return, a shipping date and a signature.

I have received a wrong item, what do I do?
We strive to deliver as ordered. In case of error please contact@mo-denmark.com and we will send you a return label so the item can be returned freely. Please provide name, address and order no. by all inquiries.
